My name is Arielle Goldstein and I am a New Jersey native. I enjoy reading, listening to music, and most of all traveling. You will never find me anywhere in the world without a book or my iPhone..
I have two Masters Degrees. One in Educational Technology and another in Elementary Education (K-8) and a Certificate to be School Library Media Specialist.
When I am not in school I spend time with my two Old English Sheepdogs and my family in New Jersey and Maryland.
Now I work at an Elementary School in Central NJ. I started as the Computer Teacher and am not the School Library Media Specialist. At night I teach at the local community college as an adjunct.
Every assignment my students complete has a purpose beyond the technology skill being taught. The lessons completed with the elementary school students incorporates the general education curriculum being taught in the classrooms as well as the information literacy, technology, and 21st Century curriculum. For the community college students, each lecture and assignment relates to them obtaining a skill or developing a project that will help them transfer schools or find a job.
Working both on Apple and Microsoft Operating systems I am able to create lesson and teach to multiple audiences; projects range from creating documents and presentations to creating movies, recording podcasts, manipulating digital images and more.
